All content we create is original and provided exclusively for your use upon full payment. Ownership rights will be transferred to you unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
A 20% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion.Late payments may incur interest at 5% per month after 60 days.
We provide up to 2 rounds of revisions within 1 week of delivery. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
We treat all client-provided materials and project details as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.
You or Audrey Rose Copy may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. If terminated, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our content or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Macomb County.
